How do I Sign Up?

You can sign up with your Email Address and Facebook Account.

I forgot my password, how do I recover?

You can recover your password using the Forgot Password option available on the Sign In screen.

Password Recovery Through Email:
If you have signed up using your email address or Facebook Account, then please provide the email address with which you have signed up to Mediastar or the email address which is associated with your Facebook account in the forgot password field, click Continue button. An email would be sent to the specified email address with the instructions to reset your password.

What is Mediastar?

MediaStar is a portal gateway for entertainment, information and lifestyle such as streaming digital content, Video on demand, music clip video, live TV, TV on Demand, Blockbuster and games that can be access over smartphone and tablet.
Currently MediaStar application is already available on Android and soon for iOS.

Where I can enjoyed MediaStar services ?

MediaStar can be enjoyed anywhere all over the world as long as it connected through internet.
MediaStar app is currently available for any internet connected Android, iOS devices. The website https://mediastar.live is accessible from any Mac or Windows computer and could login into your account.

Over how many devices I can use my account concurrently?

User can login to Mediastar app over three devices concurrently.

What if my account is already in use over three devices, how can I login to my account over fourth device?

When an account is logged in over three devices already and user try to sign in over a fourth device. User will be presented with a Device Manager screen where all current sessions will be displayed after signing in. User can logout the unwanted login session by pressing the delete button (bin icon) available in-front of the each session.

How can I know the number of my current login sessions and how can i close any unwanted login sessions?

All the current login sessions are recorded under Device Manager and the option is available under My Profile in the left menu of the Mediastar application. Open the Device Manager and close/ logout any unwanted login sessions by pressing the delete button (bin icon) available against each login session. 

How fast should be the internet connection to watch live streams?

Mediastar works over all types of internet connections above 100kb/s. The platform’s adaptive streaming capabilities allow uninterrupted streaming on even slow Internet speed (This means that the quality of the video will vary depending on your internet connection). For an optimum viewing experience, we recommend a 3G/4G mobile access or a fixed line.

Application always displays a message "No Internet Connection Available", what should I do?

This message usually appears if the device is either not connected to internet by any means i.e. Wifi or 3G/ 4G or the internet connection is not stable. Please check your internet connection.

How can I upload my profile image?

Any user can upload his/ her image and which will be displayed as Profile Image. In the left menu of the application, either click the default profile image available at the top or open Edit Profile option under My Profile. Application will navigate the user to the Edit Profile screen, where user can upload his/ her image.

How can I change my password?

User can change his/ her password from the Edit Profile screen.

Where can I see the complete list of live channels marked as favourite?

All live channels that are marked as favourite/ pinned, could be viewed under My List. Once a live channels is pinned, a section is displayed over the Home screen with the name Pinned Channels. This section will only display last 18 items. But if user wants to see the complete list of pinned channels, go to My List screen, option is available in the left menu under My Profile.

Where can I see my Watch History?

Mediastar application records complete watch history of a user. A section with the name Recently Watched Channels, appear over the Home screen once a user watched a live channel. This section will only display last 18 items. But if user wants to see complete list of channels watched, go to Watch History screen, option is available in the left menu under My Profile.

How can I change the language of the application?

User can change the language of the application from the Settings. Settings could be accessed from the left menu.

How can I find a specific live channel from the list of the available channels?

Search is provided in the Mediastar application. User can search for a specific live channel by typing the keywords. If keyword matched any of the channel name, search will display its results accordingly.

How to register as member on Vodstr and what is the requirement ?

For registration is simple, put your full name, mobile phone number, and email address. After that we will sent you OTP code to your registered mobile phone or email verification link to registered email ID, enter the OTP code on the verification pages or click on verification link sent in email and if success you will be direct to Home page.

What Package Vodstr offered and how much it cost ?

MediaStar provide all services as freemium to be enjoyed by customers. Simply register your active phone number and have internet access (data package / Wi-fi), MediaStar services can be directly used.

What are the advantages of Vodstr

MediaStar have very much content and far more than conventional TV subscription, such as live TV, Video on Demand, TV on Demand and Youtube. 

What kinds of films is available and how many it is ?

Types of film that available are movies and serial both from International and Blockbuster.

How many live TV channel and TV on Demand available now?

MediaStar is currently providing more than 400 channel TV and more than 10,000 movie titles and serial.
